It says "There is now a Level Zero." This is the icon I use when I am writing about things to do with computers or code. I'm terrible at those. But my overall mental skill is high enough that, even in my worst subject areas, I may wind up knowing things that other people don't. The icon therefore serves as a warning that I am not an actual expert on this topic, but what I offer may still be of some use.
